We aim to further refine the technological development we have cultivated over 30 years in the plastics industry, further combining our special silk printing and resin molding techniques to develop one-of-a-kind manufacturing techniques and products! We develop customized products using environmentally friendly technologies, including LEDs, solar power generation, and newly developed fire extinguishing stickers, and we aim to create products that contribute to the creation of safe and secure cities and an energy-saving society based on our manufacturing techniques!

The extinguishing agent contained in the microcapsules can extinguish early-stage fires such as those caused by outlet tracking, electrical fires caused by short circuits in distribution boards, and electrical fires caused by overloads.The built-in capsules react to a temperature of 100°C and break, releasing the extinguishing agent, which vaporizes and reacts with oxygen to suppress the fire reaction, making this the first fire extinguishing solution in Japan.

Fire extinguishing agents are harmless to both humans and the environment and can be easily used in a variety of places.

Conventional UV light is used to remove viruses and kill bacteria, but it is also harmful to the human body. I was searching for literature to see if I could achieve the same effect using visible light, when I discovered the following at a university in the UK in 2014. I thought I could create a sterilization device that could also be used as a light, so I began development.
There were various problems during the design process, which took time, but it was completed after designing the board, creating Gerber data, producing the raw board, designing the housing, assembling, and long-term testing.
